Techniques & Modalities

I use several different modalities in my bodywork drawing upon over 13 years of experience and working on hundreds of people.

I mainly use:

  • Myofascial Release and Trigger Point work for deeper areas of tension and tightness.

  • In my energetic practice of Holistic Pelvic Care™, I use a little bit of Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy™, Orthobionomy™, and Reiki.
