The second workshop of the Self-Love Summer Series we will be diving into the Svadhisthana (sacral or second) chakra.

It is through the second chakra that we sensate or experience the world and it’s the chakra associated with movement and connection. Our basic right is to feel and have pleasure. When the second chakra is in balance, we:

• Have grace and ease in our movement

• Nurturance of the self & others

• Healthy boundaries

• Adapt & are able to respond to change fluidly

• Experience pleasure with all of our senses

In our exploration, we will tune into the affirmation- I deserve pleasure in my life. I absorb information from my feelings. I embrace and celebrate my sexuality. My sexuality is sacred. I move easily and effortlessly. Life is pleasurable.

This workshop will be 2 hours held over Zoom.

Cost to attend is $25

If you wish to purchase a special steam blend associated with this chakra, the cost is $50. The steam blend will be enough for 1 month of steaming (1x a week).
